สารจากท่านปลัด

                สวัสดีครับพ่อแม่พี่น้องประชาชนชาวเทศบาลตำบลโนนปอแดงที่รักและเคารพทุก ๆ ท่านกระผมนายสุรัตน์  พันธวงศ์  ปลัดเทศบาลตำบลโนนปอแดง พบกันอีกครั้งหนึ่งกับวารสารเทศบาลตำบลโนนปอแดง ฉบับที่๙    เพื่อเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสาร  รวมทั้งรวบรวมผลงานในรอบปีที่ผ่านมาจนถึงปัจจุบันให้พี่น้องประชาชนได้รับทราบ ในการบริหารงานเทศบาลเพื่อความโปร่งใส  และตรวจสอบได้ วารสารรายงานฉบับนี้จึงเป็นเสมือนกระจกเงาสะท้อน การปฏิบัติงานของเทศบาล ในการแก้ไหปัญหาความเดือดร้อนให้กับพี่น้องประชาชนในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นนั้น จะเจริญก้าวหน้าได้จำเป็นต้องได้รับความ ร่วมมือ  ร่วมใจ จากหลาย ๆ ฝ่าย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นคณะบริหารเทศบาล ซึ่งเป็นผู้กำหนดนโยบาย  สมาชิกสภาเทศบาลซึ่งเป็นฝ่ายนิติบัญญัติ ข้าราชการประจำ  พนักงานลูกจ้างของเทศบาล ตลอดจนหน่วยงานภาครัฐ และเอกชนต่าง ๆ และที่ขาดเสียมิได้ คือพี่น้องประชาชน ซึ่งมีส่วนสำคัญในการมีส่วนร่วม สนับสนุน บูรณาการ ผลักดันให้การบริหารงานของเทศบาลก้าวไปสู้ความเจริญรุ่งเรืองของชุมชนเข้มแข็ง  สู่อนาคตที่ดีต่อไป

เทศบาลตำบลโนนปอแดง ซึ่งถือเสมือนเป็นองค์การปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นที่มีหน้าที่บริการสาธารณะ สาธารณูโภคให้กับชุมชนกระผมในฐานะ ข้าราชการประจำ  และเจ้าหน้าที่ทุก ๆ คนพร้อมที่จะร่วมกันพัฒนาท้องถิ่นร่วมกับคณะผู้บริหารเทศบาล  สนองตอบความต้องการของประชาชน นำพาประชาชนให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี     บำบัดทุกข์ บำรุงสุขให้กับพี่น้องประชาชนสืบไป

                สุดท้ายนี้ กระผมขออาราธนาคุณพระศรีรัตนตรัย  และสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ทั้งหลายที่เราเคารพนับถือ ตลอดจนศาลเจ้าปู่ตา  ที่เราเคารพ ศรัทธา จงดลบันดาลให้พี่น้องให้ชาวเทศบาลตำบลโนนปอแดงทุกคน  มีความสุขสมหวัง  สุขภาพพลานามัย  แข็งแรง  ประกอบสัมมาอาชีพให้เจริญรุ่งเรือง  ประสบแต่ความสุขความเจริญ โชคดี ร่ำรวยตลอดไป

                Dear fraternity and peoples of Nonpodaengsubdistrict municipality. I’m Mr.SuratPunthawong.

The Municipal clerk of Nonpodaengsubdistrict municipality. This is the working news information of the ninth edition of journal published for the people in the past year until the present about the administration of the municipality to the transparency and verifiability.This journal is a mirror image’s performance of the municipality to solve the trouble for the people. In the local development to be progressive, it is necessary to get the cooperation from many parties. The policy maker is Municipal administration. The legislative by members of the municipal council, bureaucracy, employees of local administrative organizations. As well as various public and private agencies and indispensable .The peoples are an important part of contribute, support, integration for motivated the city’s administration to prosperity and a strong community to the good future.

                Nonpodaengsubdistrict municipality is considered as a local administrative organization with public services. Utilities to the community.I am a regular servant and every staff is ready determined to work development together with the local administration and council member. Satisfy the needs of people to a better quality of life with distress therapy and give happiness for the people.

                Finally, May the Buddhist triple gem and universal sacredness that you’re respect to faith of the shrine to the ancestors bless you all to be happy,healthy without illness and without all danger. Livelihood enterprises to flourished, good luckand their happiness forever prosperous.
